    We are sourcing a Center Director to join our team as a full time employee in our location in La Quinta, CA.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of consultation, sales and service leading to the growth of our refractive surgery service offering.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Successfully grow the Milauskas LASIK Surgery services market share and revenues with goals exceeding $1.2 million in revenue.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact, consultation, information, sales and service for potential refractive surgery patients.
    • Assist with creating seamless transitions around the clinic, including, but not limited to contact with various patients, departments and key individuals in the LASIK evaluation and scheduling processes.
    • Be the subject matter expert and evangelist for our refractive surgery benefits, qualifications, options and discounts.
    • Work closely with the Practice Director, refractive surgeons and their teams to ensure a positive and seamless experience for our patients.
    • Facilitate the scheduling of refractive evaluation appointments and follow up. 
    • Discretely manage financing options with patients, assist with application questions and facilitate approval process for qualified patients within the refractive surgery line of business.
    • Maintain prospective lead databases, from entry of patient information and tracking of patient through conversion to patient customer via effective communication including, phone calls, letters, emails, articles and/or informational newsletters. 
    • Manage all marketing and communication to the surrounding community and drive the development of marketing materials and programs, including social media and online review generation.
    • Assist with other lines of business, office tasks or similar marketing activities as needed 


    Required Skills and Experience:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is required.
    • 7+ years of experience in surgical / elective services coordination or sales in refractives, ophthalmology, plastics, or dermatology with a successful, demonstrable track record of business growth.
    • Exemplary customer services skills with a strong acumen for conversion of individuals from patient to patient customer.
    • Demonstrable leadership and teaming skills with the ability to work with both doctors and staff, taking and recommending direction when required for the success of the practice.
    • A sales driven mentality focused on finding creative was to convert patients in a fast paced, quality focused organization.
